    This is a legally binding Terms between 萝莉影视 Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for and on behalf of itself and its affiliates (hereunder referred to as “萝莉影视”), and you (both you, individually and your company entity collectively “User”) with respect to use of the sample code (hereunder referred to as “Sample Code”) for Evaluation Board and relevant documentation provided in this Evaluation Board Site.

    By clicking on the “Agree” button at the bottom of this screen, YOU CAN USE SAMPLE CODES AND DOCUMENTS IN THIS Evaluation Board SITE AND DEEMED TO ENTER INTO AND TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LEGALLY BINDING TERMS ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND YOUR COMPANY.

    1. User shall use the Sample Code solely and exclusively for use with 萝莉影视’s sensor products.
    2. User, without a prior written consent of 萝莉影视, shall not remove or alter any markings or notices from the Sample Code, including all copies thereof.
    3. 萝莉影视 shall retain ownership of the original and any whole or partial copies of the Sample Code and any and all intellectual rights therein.
    4. MURATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO RECIPIENT FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO USE OF THE SAMPLE CODE OR FOR ANY ERROR OR DEFECT IN THE SAMPLE CODE.
    5. THE SAMPLE CODE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” MURATA DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT ERRORS IN THE SAMPLE CODE WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SAMPLE CODE WILL RUN ERROR-FREE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES COVERING THE SAMPLE CODE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABLITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
    6. User shall indemnify 萝莉影视 and hold it harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, costs, losses, and expenses including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of suit incurred by 萝莉影视 due to the breach of these terms (including but not limited to User’s misuse of the Sample Code).
