CASE5 Need a product that can handle noise in large current sets?

I am looking for a small-sized SMD product; however, I cannot find a component that can be used to suppress noise for a 10A class.

I am having trouble with severe heat generation, even though the noise was reduced with a coil for large currents.

A large current flows when the FA equipment is started.

A large current flows through the motors when the wipers on the vehicle are operated when covered with snow.
