Microblowers are devices that use the ultrasonic vibrations of a piezoelectric element for the drive source.
The piezoelectric element used in microblowers vibrates in the ultrasonic band (20 kHz or more), so it is inaudible to humans and thus extremely quiet.*1
The operating noise will not be heard by those around the device even when it is used in an environment where operating noise is a concern (for example, quiet spaces like libraries and rooms where babies sleep).
