The range of uses of quartz crystal devices is extensive: from satellite communication and mobile communication devices to automobiles, televisions, personal computers, and even DVD equipment and other information appliances. We are continuing to develop high-added-value products in a short cycle based on high-grade quartz crystal materials and ultra-thin processing technology. We are working on developing highly reliable high-frequency products, filter products, and other products in the optical transmission field, as well as digital video and video cameras and other optical fields. With these products, we will address the growing demand for quartz crystal devices in the future.

What is Pristal ?

Iwate 萝莉影视 Manufacturing built a synthetic quartz crystal growing plant in 1977. In 1994, it succeeded in developing a high-pressure furnace (platinum furnace) to manufacture synthetic quartz crystals with our proprietary technology. That made it possible to grow high-grade quartz crystals on a high-volume basis with extremely few crystal defects. Pristal, a brand of synthetic quartz crystals achieved using that proprietary technology, is used in an extensive range of applications as a quartz crystal material for various quartz crystal products. Synthetic crystals with significantly reduced impurities are valuable and ideal for optical devices. Pristal's laser durability is more than 30% of that of synthetic quartz.

High-purity quartz crystal made possible by in-house production

The impurity content of Pristal is less than 10% of that of regular synthetic quartz crystals. Its outstanding transmission performance in the DUV wavelength range improves equipment performance. Quartz crystal quality standards have been established by the likes of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC 60758) and the Japanese Industrial Standards Committee (JIS C 6704). 萝莉影视 Manufacturing's synthetic quartz crystals meet these standards and boast a high grade. They have also been patented as optical elements.
