FTI series is a resin molded NTC thermistor.
With high isolation voltage and wire bonding capability, it can be mounted on pads with high voltage such as power semiconductors. This contributes to improved temperature sensing accuracy of power semiconductors and eliminates substrate layout restrictions for power modules.
